SYC and pickles...

new SYC will be up soon...this week is Punch Your Eyelets Out. you have to use at least 15 eyelets in your project. i really don't like the colors of the ones i chose; i had a different picture in my head and it didn't quite come out that way. but, i did put this together in about 15 minutes last night at 10:30 or so, so what do you want? my eyes were sleepy!

my keyboard is sticky. owen spilled my soda on it about a week ago. i popped all the keys off (oh, if you haven't done this in a while, i suggest you do--NASTY!!!) i got it all cleaned up, but the keys are still sticking quite a bit. good times.

and little owen loooves pickles. he wanted one for breakfast this morning. silly child. he had to wait until we got back from the gym then he ate 3! he scrapes all the inside away from the skin, then hands me this big sloppy chunk of green. nice.

off to make 8 mini books for our den meeting tonight. it's family scrapbook night. fun.

I used to get my pet duck "drunk" on pickle juice. He would sip and then run at top speed in circles. Funny. Anyhoo...excellent layout. I love the idea of using up some eyelets. I have way more than one should have.

I like the idea of the eyelet challenge. I haven't used any in a long time. I may have to try this challenge. SYC always has the most different challenges and I think that is so oool!

Your LO ROCKS!! :-)

I have a whole pile of eyelets and a cropodile which I never use...this is a great way to use them. Might have to dust them off and have a play now. Thanks for the inspiration!
