over 20,000 people converged on sundance square this morning. oh joy....did the Cowtown Half this morning...and after coming off a week of working overnights, i had little hopes of even coming close to my White Rock time...
well, what do you know! i beat it by over 3 minutes! 1:50:56!!! 725th/4,777 total, 175th/2,443 women, 40th in age group.

aimee did the 10 k and cut 4 minutes off her time and ange did the k and she cut off over a minute. it was a great day for running!
we didn't get any after pics...i don't think we would have been able to hold the camera up anyway. it took us about 1/2 an hour to gimp back to the car! we were all pretty wiped!
and here's before and after our soccer game on sunday. angie's team whipped us, but i did score a goal...sort off. i kicked the ball and it deflected off ange and then went in. we got our one point off her (female goals count as 2 points). so much fun! i hope i can walk for tomorrow's game though...ugh. i'm sore!!!
my girls are very kissy. and sweaty. blech! by the way i really dislike our team name! who the heck picked it!!! so dumb!
