sigh...

well, all those stupid transactions went through and so begins the battle to get them back. what a headache.

michael is sick today. he has the same crud he gets about every 6 months or so...throwing up every three hours or so, no fever or pain, just weirdness. and since the child doesn't eat, there's not a whole lot for him to get sick with. that really hurts. he is doing ok now, but he just made a huge mess in the car on the way back from the bank. i spent an entire hour cleaning it up. well, really it wouldn't have taken that long, but i decided that since i was cleaning anyway, i'd really clean everything b/c it needed it bad. poor VW. :(

now at least i have a nice clean car to drive down to waco for my class with this lovely gal. i cannot wait. i think there are going to be at least two other girls from up here who are on the SC boards with me who are also going to go! i am so excited! i wish Aimee and Aleida could make it as well, but such is life.

anywho, these are the two 'wii'ers' from tuesday. they played for about an hour and a half while my friend had to run errands. they played so well together.

here are two more layouts for today:

Aimee and i are going to go to the track tonight to run. but my mil is making dinner, so hopefully we will go late enough so that i can try out running again after trying to nurse my poor leg back into working order from my water skiing incident. i think the elliptical has really helped it out; i know for certain it has helped my butt! i bought a size 10 on tuesday at target. i haven't worn a 10 since i was in the Army and briefly after Michael was born when i was doing all that running. but...the best part about the jeans i bought...they were only $8.24! i love target clearance items. ;)

have a good one!

bummer about the transactions! Size 10 is wonderful! and what a great price! Wish I was going to the class with Stephanie H. And I love the layouts! Especially the one with the beaters!

I love your style.
And that ice cream/cupcake paper you used.

I'm trying to find a way to make it down to Waco myself. SO far, no luck with a babysitter. Wah!
And sorry about what you had to clean. Ewwwwwwwwwww.

you are going to have a blast this weekend. i went to college in waco and my favorite coffee shop ever is there: common grounds. 8th street off I-35, right off campus. the chocolate florentine is my drink of choice. the the frozen milky ways are to die for too. yum. and if you want delish pancakes for breakfast, cafe cappuccino. okay, i'm so jealous now. :) (probably more info than needed, huh?)

You have no idea how badly I want to go tomorrow to meet all of you and spend some time getting to know each other. You have a great time and I'll be here to hear how it went.

Congrats on your beautiful canvas project being featured in the 2 Peas newsletter. It is beautiful Liz.
