we'll find out...

hopefully this morning!

we put in our offer while standing in the kitchen of the house we found monday night while looking online. yeah, i know that's fast. we sooo could not let this one get away. it is a foreclosure and, my oh my...what a steal!!! i almost feel like i'm doing something bad. and now, i do feel bad for the people who had to leave this beautiful home and property (wow...the view!!!); they were decent people. most people when they learn their home is being foreclosed, they trash the place. this place is spotless minus a few scuffs on the walls (which is just from everyday living).

anyway, i was a numb-nut yesterady and didn't bring my camera during the showing. so here are a few pics we took when we went back last night for another peek.

i really hope we get this one. i know i've said that like 86million times before. but this one...this one is almost too good to be true, honestly. i just hate to get my hopes up. but that's me. i like the emotional rollcoaster. i mean, this home is priced at $16k below market value right now. this would be like something we'd move into in about 8-10 years...not something we'd have as our first home. yipes!!! if the bank takes our offer we will close by the end of this month. don't let me get ahead of myself. please. i'll be devastated if we don't get this one.

i really hope you get it!

it looks like a gorgeous house... and check out that yard! wow!

so sending happy thoughts your way.

i know you said you feel kind of bad about it because it's a foreclosure, but that's really the way to go. $16K under market value is a HUGE savings. sometimes people get in over their heads and sometimes financial situations change... hopefully those people will get into a situation they will be better able to handle. but don't for a second feel guilted out of this beautiful home! (just some encouragement)
